We’re on the move!

November 13th, 2009

Day One of the TJEd 1,000,000 tour has come to an end.

So far, so good amazing!

Two hundred and seventy-four people attended the three events of the day.

All walks of life.

Plurality. Of faith, of worldview, of political leanings.

Lots of TJEd libraries in homes.

I love America.

I especially love that this “tour,” which is so impactive in its message, and relevant to all Americans,

began on a day as significant as Veteran’s Day.

Perhaps this trio of photos, drawn by a young, upcoming statesman, of which I’m particularly fond ( son #1),

will more accurately portray the overall sentiment of each and every meeting.IMG_0417

No doubt about it.

There is power in the people.

And history has proven that in an informed citizenry, it is virtually unstoppable.IMG_0422

Leadership.

Education.

As opposed to following and “schooling.”

It can be practiced in every educational “form.”

Is individualized.

Won’t ever appeal to the masses.

Life changing.

Student directed.

Power.

Of, by, for, and to…the people.

Catch the whirl.

Dr. Brooks is coming to a location near you…you don’t want to miss it.

That is so AWESOME!!! I’m so glad things are going well!!! At this rate you should hit way over 2000 people. That is great!! Keep up the good work!!! I think your son made an awesome likeness!! He is a hoot. You all have to be sooo energized with that kind of response!!!

You keep setting that bar high. We will try to break it here in backwoods Arkansas!!! I’ll get the chickens to come if I have to.

Love the whiteboard announcement. I wish there was a way to send it viral.

Debbie, are you coming out to the FFG seminar #3 in Palm Desert in January?

I wish I hadn’t been so preoccupied with my 4 month old! We’d like to attend another lecture if we can. Ben said it was fantastic and he also said he wanted to attend another lecture. Thanks for keeping us posted on the tour details, you roadie! :)
