Thanks Teri,
I have seen this before but in a different format and it is a beautiful lesson to revisit often. I loved the part that said, “your child is a unique blend of talents, personality and ingredients nowhere else to be found.” I think we all need reminding of this sometimes… when we are faced with the critics who challenge our decisions to homeschool, when we are struggling to find the way with a child who is so different than ourselves and we need to relate, and when we need to affirm and comfort our heart and soul that we are doing our best to provide learning opportunities for them not make them fit into a one size fits all textbook or curriculum. What a beautiful way to begin a Monday thank you for the refueling of our spirit so that we can forge ahead with our ducks, bears, bees, eagles, fishes, squirels and kangaroos.

Teri, Thanks for sharing this video. I had not seen it before! Like Heather said, it refueled my spirit for making the choice that I feel is right for my “animals”!
